Safeguarding
We have a zero-tolerance approach to abuse. We are committed to protecting adults from:

Fees and Contracts
We provide clear, written contracts before any service begins. Our fees are transparent and agreed in advance. We will give you at least 28 days' notice of any fee changes.
Recruitment and Staff
We recruit staff who share our values. All staff undergo:
- Enhanced DBS checks
- Reference checks
- Right to work verification
- Full induction including the Care Certificate
- Annual mandatory training
- Regular supervision and appraisal
